The PTA Extended Day Winter 2025 Session lottery runs from Monday, November 25 - Thursday, December 5, 2024.   Class selection is through a lottery process; here’s how to participate:

 

Lottery Process

• You can review the Extended Day Winter 2025 class offerings and descriptions to the right.

• Paper forms will be available if needed in the PTA office, room 107, and at the Extended Day sign-out table.

• Complete one lottery form for each child you wish to register.  Lottery forms are to the right.

• Select your first, second, third, and fourth choice of classes for every day you wish to register your child for Extended Day. Students in Extended Day are registered for the entire day, from 2:40 to 6:00 PM.

• If your child is in AIS, Chorus, Library, Chess or another afterschool activity that finishes at or after 4:00 pm AND your child needs to join Extended Day, please chose "2nd Half" as the oprion for that day

• The online lottery closes Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 6:00 PM. All online and paper forms must be received by then. 

• Registration is a blind process, emphasizing that as many children as possible get a first, second, or third-choice class.

• Families will be informed of class selections the week of December 16th through their Extended Day account. Please ensure that the email address on your account is current.  

• If you have any outstanding balances from the 2023-2024 school year, Fall 2024 or September Smash 2024, your child will not be enrolled in the Winter 2025 session. Your child will be placed on the waitlist for classes selected unless otherwise discussed with the Extended Day team.

• Scholarships are available. You can apply online at https://www.ps10extendedday.com/scholarships or ask for a form in the PTA office, room 107.

A $75 annual registration fee is billed annually.
