 PTA Extended Day Fall 2025 Lottery
 Monday September 29, 2025 - Tuesday December 23, 2025

Online Lottery Process is Closed ​

I submitted my lottery form. What happens next? 

​

  • You should receive confirmation from Google Docs that your lottery form was submitted.

  • The Extended Day Operations team will sort all lottery forms and award students seats on a random basis.

  • Emails regarding lottery results roll out according to grade level. PreK and Kindergarten results are announced first, and 3rd—5th grades are announced last.

  • All students are notified of their Fall class placement by September 26th.

  • The week of September 22nd is the add/drop period.

  • Parents are asked to drop any classes they do not wish to participate in.  Please request additional days if needed.

  • During the first two weeks of the session, days can be dropped for a full refund. Classes dropped before the halfway mark of the session will not be charged for the upcoming days. After the halfway mark, the session is due in full as employees have been hired and vendor contracts have been finalized

  • The $75 annual registration fee will be billed in addition to the Fall fees.
