 PTA Extended Day Fall 2024 Lottery
 Monday September 30, 2024 - Monday December 23, 2024

Lottery Process

The Fall 2024 session class selection is through a lottery process, the lottery closes Monday September 9th, here’s how to participate:

  • Review the Extended Day class offerings and class descriptions on the tabs to the right

  • Use the tab to the right to fill out the lottery form (paper forms are available in the PTA office - room 107)

  • Complete one lottery form for each child you wish to register.

  • Select your first, second, third and fourth choice of classes for every day you wish to register your child for Extended Day.

  • The online lottery closes Monday September 9th. All online and paper forms must be received by then. 

  • Registration is a blind sort with an emphasis on making sure as many children as possible get a first- or second-choice class.

  • Families will be informed of class selections the week of September  23rd through your Extended Day account. Please ensure that the email address on your account is current.  

  • If you have any outstanding balances from the 2023 -2024 school year or Summer 2024 your child will not be enrolled in the Fall 2024 session, your child will be placed on the waitlist for classes selected unless otherwise discussed with the Extended Day Director.

 

The $75 annual registration fee will be billed in addition to the Fall fees
